The property is full of former architectural volumes a​nd spaces. We have listed some here. We have renovated a few thus far, including the former Goat Pen, Main House and more recently in 2019, the former Cheese Factory.

We are open to ideas and contributions of people who may want to spend time here in the region, creating, thinking through potential uses etc.
